Umibi is built on an integrated, closed and controlled supply chain model, designed to protect the entire value chain: from the sourcing of raw materials to the distribution of the finished product.
Thanks to partnerships with selected suppliers, an in-house production laboratory and a dedicated logistics facility, Umibi is able to manage every stage of the process directly, ensuring high standards for both end consumers and catering customers. This model not only allows for the creation of Umibi menus, but also the production and packaging of private labels and the supply of qualified raw materials for catering, strengthening the group's role as a production and distribution hub in the fish and ready-to-eat sector.

SUPPLY
We select the highest quality raw materials thanks to our partnership with Nederlof , a leading company in the supply of traceable, fresh fish that meets the highest quality standards.

PRODUCTION
In our in-house laboratory, raw ingredients are processed, filleted, prepared, and transformed into fresh and balanced food solutions. Packaging, private label production, and the preparation of products for the restaurant industry also take place here.

DISTRIBUTION
Once the products are ready, our in-house fleet begins organizing logistics and distributing them nationwide, preserving the cold chain and, therefore, food safety.
